This magical Elf-on-a-Shelf helps Santa manage his naughty and nice lists by observing children. Santa's little helper watches the children by day, and each night, the Elf returns to the North Pole to report on whether the children were naughty or nice. The children know that they are silently being observed by the Elf so they are encouraged to be nice. Each morning, the Elf returns to its family and hides in a new spot. Children will love to wake up and race around the house looking for this Elf-on-a-Shelf each morning.
